The RVS IMS Placement Cell is made responsible for enhancing the employability skills of our students, transform themselves as professionals and enable them a deserving career start.

To ensure this the following strategies are being practiced,

• Appropriate training methodologies are devised to enable students enhance their skills and transform into a professional.
• In-house and outsourced training are given to maximize the Employability potential of the students.
• Corporate relations with various organizations are developed to find probable employer and long valuable association is established.
• An exhaustive data base of major recruiters is created and maintained.
• Periodic counseling of students is carried out to make them understand their strength and guide them in their career building.
• Constant and continuous mentoring of students is pursued to foster a holistic personality in them and equip with a combination of various professional skills and value based decision making ability to meet the challenges of the knowledge era.
• Students are updated with current trends prevailing in the industry, made to understand the expectations of the industry and their recruitment process and provide timely information to the students on placement related activities.

This Placement endeavor is entrusted to the Dean – Training & Placement and supported by Faculty and staff members .
